Position Summary
Handle SVC Field operation tasks & solve all issues to ensure best customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor & enhance Samsung Egypt SVC KPI’s to meet company target.
- SVC network management [new SVC providers expansion / renewal & termination].
- Handle operation issues [replacement problems, Repair delay, Partners problems, ..]
- Authorized partners evaluation & selection.
- Implement SVC strategy allocated tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
From 3-5 years of experience in after sales operations.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
