Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (MEA), you will ensure clients maximize the value of Notion Wave’s products through expert training, strategic support, and relationship building. Your focus will be:
- 80% Training & Enablement: Deliver tailored product training, onboarding, and ongoing education.
- 20% Sales Support: Identify growth opportunities and generate leads through client success stories.
Geographic Split: 50% Egypt, 50% Rest of MEA (KSA, UAE, South Africa, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Training & Customer Enablement (80%)
- Conduct virtual/on-site training sessions for clients on edSPIRIT, TUUTOR, SCiNiTO, Lib.AI, and the iKNiTO Suite (Journal System, Conference System, Repository, Digital Library).
- Develop customized training materials (guides, videos, FAQs) for diverse user roles (admins, instructors, librarians).
- Monitor adoption metrics, address knowledge gaps, and drive platform engagement.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay feedback for feature improvements.
Sales & Lead Generation (20%)
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during client interactions (e.g., TUUTOR AI add-ons, SCiNiTO institutional licenses, iKNiTO modules).
- Generate qualified leads via client referrals, success stories, and regional networking.
- Support sales teams with technical demos and ROI-driven proposals.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Egypt and MEA, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Proactively resolve issues, share best practices, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years in customer success, training, or account management for SaaS/ed-tech products.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Proven ability to train users on complex platforms (e.g., LMS, research tools).
- Familiarity with MEA education/government sectors and remote engagement tools (Zoom, Teams).
Preferred
- Experience with Open edX, AI tools, or library/research systems.
- Background in sales/lead generation for B2B software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or Technology.
