Role Purpose
Lead the Customer Management and Sales team to achieve Teaching Centre and Exams targets, while fostering a motivated, service-driven culture that delivers outstanding experiences for customers and stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities:
You’ll drive performance across our Teaching Centre and Exams, ensuring sales targets and conversion KPIs are met. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Business teams to develop effective sales strategies, monitor performance, and optimise the customer journey to boost engagement and retention.
You’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand standards and safeguarding policies. From managing complaints and analysing customer feedback to enhancing service environments and communication, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive and consistent customer experience.
In addition, you’ll manage stakeholder relationships and lead a high-performing team. This includes recruiting, training, and supporting staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning resources to meet

Essentials:
- University Degree
- At least three years’ experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management and managing and directing a sales team.
Desirables:
- Customer Service Professional Qualification,
