Digital Acquisition & Conversion Manager
What is this role about
As Digital Acquisition & Conversion Manager, you will have responsibility for consumer acquisition via all online channels, working with local marketing teams to amplify JTI’s brands through best-in-class creative and support in brand awareness initiatives. You will also work with Digital Retention to support their initiatives to drive loyalty.
What will you do
- Own the local application of the digital consumer acquisition strategy and a growing consumer base via Social, SEO, and Display
- Drive digital campaign briefs, objectives, and lead digital planning sessions with external agencies to achieve marketing objectives
- Manage Search and Display agencies to ensure campaigns are on track; hold weekly meetings to ensure improvements and actions are in place to drive incremental sales, improve ROI, and reflect latest trends in the industry
- Manage social campaigns, including briefing, uploading campaigns, testing, publishing, and ongoing optimization
- Integrate an A/B testing strategy across channels
- Drive continuous reporting on activity, KPIs, and budget. Derive data-driven consumer insights. Budget management
- Work closely with the local ecommerce stream to ensure alignment with digital acquisition & conversion channel management
What are we looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital acquisition and conversion, with a good track record of success in digital customer acquisition
- Fluent English
- Well-versed in most forms of digital channels, demonstrating strong analytical skills
- Experienced in managing and optimizing budgets effectively to meet key objectives and deadlines budget
- Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong understanding of what best-in-class creative and format looks like
- Strong reporting skills and confidence to present cases to support your decisions and future strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building skill
