Requirements:
- Previous experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and the ability to engage prospects
- Experience using CRM software to track and manage leads
- Ability to work independently and achieve appointment-setting goals
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
