We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist - Media Buyer to join our team at AGH International Group. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive client growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). You will leverage your expertise in media buying and digital marketing to maximize ROI and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
* Media Buying & Optimization: Conduct thorough audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
* Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI and efficient spending.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
* A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
* Platform Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and media buying across various platforms.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
* Client Communication: Communicate campaign performance and strategies to clients clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on paid media.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
* Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
