Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute media buying strategies across multiple digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to achieve campaign objectives.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from initial briefing and audience segmentation to creative direction, ad trafficking, and budget allocation.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and analytics to identify optimization opportunities and ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with brand messaging.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and channels for growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-
4-5 years of experience in media buying and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic platforms.

Proven track record of managing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and achieving performance goals.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred:

Experience in conducting paid campaigns with successful records and achieved KPIs.

Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-focused brands.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
