We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer & Media Buyer

A bout the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Performance Marketer & Media Buyer with at least 3 years of experience to lead our paid advertising efforts. You’ll be responsible for scaling campaigns, optimizing lead generation, and meeting aggressive OKR targets — all while working on a mission that matters.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Set and deliver monthly OKRs (e.g., CAC under $35, 500+ qualified leads/month)
- Analyse campaign data to optimize targeting, creatives, and landing pages
- Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Coordinate with design/content teams to create high-performing ad assets
- Monitor and improve funnel performance from ad click to conversion
- Generate reports and insights for continuous growth

What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying
- Proven track record in managing lead generation campaigns
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, UTM tracking)
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs
- Experience setting and achieving measurable marketing goals (OKRs)
- Ability to work independently and make data-informed decisions

- Experience in Quran, Arabic, or Islamic education platforms
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other marketing CRMs
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience in EdTech or SaaS products
