Job Description

Are you a proactive coordinator who thrives on ensuring smooth operations between production and customers? At Danfoss Drives, we are looking for a service-minded Export Assistant to become the vital link between our Graasten plant and global customers. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing order and demand flows, supporting sales organizations, and enhancing customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Order Coordination: Act as the liaison between the Graasten factory and our global sales organization to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Order Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in order handling processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Blocked Order Handling: Monitor, resolve, and prevent blocked orders in coordination with internal teams.

• Demand Coordination: Align and balance demand planning across other Danfoss Drives factories to meet delivery commitments.

• Component Flow Management: Oversee the efficient flow of components to and from other Drives factories, ensuring timely availability and minimal disruption.

• Return Flow & Re-sale: Handle product return flows and support re-sale activities in line with company procedures.

• Exception Flow Handling: Manage and resolve exception cases such as urgent deliveries, stock issues, or special customer requests.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by monitoring and improving data related to delivery reliability and product availability.

Background & Skills

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in export coordination, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle dynamic workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools.

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
