Responsibilities:
· Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
· Supporting the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
· Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, managing HRIS data, and handling employee queries.
· Assisting with performance management processes, including performance reviews and talent development initiatives.
· Supporting the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
· Prepare payroll and monitor cost.
· Process requests for paycheck advances.
· Calculate salaries, overtime payments, benefits, payroll deductions and bonuses.
· Enter new hires into the payroll system, update changes in pay and tax status.
· Develop and implement solutions based on a sound understanding of business context and company policies, processes, and practices.
· Provide efficient HR administrative service and support in compliance with legal, fiscal, and other employment requirements.
· Serve as a first contact point for employees, managers and external contacts to provide information, follow-up.
· Process and report on employee data and other HR data using HR systems.
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
· Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of human resource management experience.
Excellent English language is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£18,000.00 per month
