Role Description
- Installing/configuring OS (Windows, Linux)
- Managing users, permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN)
- Ticketing system usage (OS Ticket, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Remote support using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP
- Backup and restore (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
- Basic firewall/router configuration
- IT asset management
Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Cisco CCNA (if you’re into networking)
- ITIL v4 Foundation (if you’re involved in IT operations/helpdesk)
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) – If you use Veeam
