Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth technical operations across all offices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting employees, securing networks, and driving technology improvements that align with our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and hardware diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up, monitor, and secure company networks while managing traffic and preventing security breaches.
- Provide technical support by efficiently troubleshooting employee issues and resolving helpdesk tickets.
- Oversee IT security, including managing firewalls, antivirus software, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Track IT assets, manage software and hardware inventory, and maintain license records.
- Create and update technical documentation and IT procedure manuals.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) are considered strong assets.
- Solid technical knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Adaptable and committed to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
