Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Act as a consultant to guide customers through the purchasing process, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate camera and production gear.
3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the camera and production industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and equipment.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products available , including their features, specifications, and pricing.
5. Assist customers in comparing different products based on their requirements, explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each option.
6. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and functionality of various camera and production gear.
7. Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information about products, pricing, warranties, etc.
8. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system while ensuring proper documentation is completed.
9. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting products through effective upselling techniques.
10. The role involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining consistent follow-up with potential clients.
11. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
2. In-depth knowledge of the camera and production industry with a strong understanding of different types of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio gear, etc.
3. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the camera or related industry is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
7. Proficient in using computer systems, including point-of-sale (POS) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
