About the Role:
As a Junior Merchant Activation at Taager, you will support newly acquired merchants through the early stages of their journey on our platform. You’ll help them understand how Taager works, assist them in setting up their selling tools, and guide them until they place their first order. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, focused on providing a smooth and supportive onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact merchants acquired via the B2B channel (not self-registered) to start the activation process.
- Help merchants choose the right products and understand how Taager’s platform works.
- Provide practical onboarding support, including:
Setting up selling accounts (TikTok Shop, Instagram, etc.)
Creating a landing page using Taager’s tools
Supporting in basic content creation (captions, visuals, ad ideas)
- Follow up with merchants until they place their first confirmed order.
- Identify and escalate any issues merchants face during onboarding (technical, operational, or logistic).
- Track onboarding progress and maintain updated records of merchant status and KPIs.
Key KPIs:
- % of merchants placing a first order
- Time to activation (acquisition first order)
- Merchant engagement during onboarding
- Landing page setup rate
- Number of merchants supported weekly
- Escalation rate
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support, onboarding, or a similar client-facing role
- Interest in e-commerce and digital platforms
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using simple tools and working in a fast-paced environment
