Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business operations, planning, or performance management.
Familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks and governance models.
Experience supporting strategic planning processes and cross-functional alignment.
Strong understanding of RACI frameworks and accountability structures.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
Define, monitor, and report on OKRs and KPIs to track organizational performance.
Develop and maintain governance frameworks such as RACIs to clarify ownership and accountability.
Support the design, facilitation, and tracking of strategic planning initiatives with stakeholders.
Audit knowledge-sharing practices and enforce documentation standards across teams.
Provide reporting, dashboards, and insights to leadership to guide planning and execution.
Contribute to performance improvement projects by identifying risks and surfacing opportunities.
