Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for high-profile events, experiential campaigns, and brand activations.
- Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital, social media, content, influencer marketing, PR, and partnerships.
- Oversee branding and creative direction to ensure alignment across all platforms and client touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, production, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client / company objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximum ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
