Master Data Specialist

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

• Review master data in the CCBCE (SAP) system accurately, consistently, and disciplinedly, and according to the process set within the organization and in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement with the company's internal customers. In addition, act as a filter to ensure the completeness and consistency of the master data.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Maintenance:

• Understand General Knowledge of business processes and master data objects and the aspects of integration in highly large integrated system (SAP) in different business areas (sales, production, Plant Maintenance)
• Entry of master data, maintenance, and quality check in SAP.
• Upload data using automatic tools if needed.

• Check the data supplied by data owners for completeness.
• Monitor and escalate incomplete or unclear master data requests to the respective data owner.
• Perform duplication checks on different data objects.

SLA & Procedures:

• Coordinate the collection of data from different departments.
• Make sure that the data collection process is done according to the preset process.
• Maintain data on the SAP system according to procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in enhancing and developing tools to upload and validate data.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting major or relevant

Experience and Skills:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

Demonstrable knowledge in:

• Internal Audit Standards
• Financial cycle and recordings
• Inventory control
• SAP applications
• Negotiation
• Time management
