How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Analyze, draft, and negotiate customer contracts and agreements while managing contractual risks.
- Collaborate with offer managers to structure commercial terms for bids, ensuring compliance with global frameworks.
- Support project managers in change order processes and claims preparation, developing effective claim strategies.
- Act as a key interface between Siemens Energy and stakeholders, providing contractual guidance and participating in steering committees.
- Maintain auditable records and support arbitration processes with well-documented evidence.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, legal, and finance teams to enhance contract management processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in tools like PE@Siemens-energy, IPMA, and CLAC, along with digital platforms for documentation.
- Solid experience in contract/claim management, particularly with FIDIC contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in multinational environments, particularly in energy or industrial sectors.
