Job Summary
Mega2M, a fast-growing subsidiary of 2M Plast Group, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale the performance of our PVC manufacturing facility, specializing in shower hoses. This executive-level role requires strategic oversight of production, maintenance, supply chain, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee production planning and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Build and lead high-performing technical and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Drive process optimization, cost control, and performance KPIs
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on expansion and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PVC or plastic manufacturing, including senior operational leadership
- Proven track record in plant operations, preventive maintenance, and production management
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and leading factory operations at scale
- Deep understanding of sanitary ware products, preferably shower hoses
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
