Responsibilities:
The role of the Payroll Associate is to perform specific professional activities within the Payroll Team, in an accurate manner
and according to strict deadlines. This includes :
- Ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees' salaries
- Ensures accurate and timely transfers for off cycle payments
- Offer overall support to HR community and related Departments (Pension, FI/CO, Fiscal, Insurance, etc)
- Conducting payroll posting
- Acting as back up for other payroll colleagues
- Ensure Payroll GL’s Recon is taking place
- Ensures reports submitted on monthly basis with 100% timeliness
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll- A good knowledge of the various benefit in kind rules which apply to expatriates and employees
- Ideally experience in accounting
- PC literacy (windows environment). Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
English must be fluent
