Responsibilities:

The role of the Payroll Associate is to perform specific professional activities within the Payroll Team, in an accurate manner

and according to strict deadlines. This includes :

• Ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees' salaries
• Ensures accurate and timely transfers for off cycle payments
• Offer overall support to HR community and related Departments (Pension, FI/CO, Fiscal, Insurance, etc)
• Conducting payroll posting
• Acting as back up for other payroll colleagues
• Ensure Payroll GL’s Recon is taking place
• Ensures reports submitted on monthly basis with 100% timeliness

Required Skills:

• 
  Good knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll
• A good knowledge of the various benefit in kind rules which apply to expatriates and employees
• Ideally experience in Accounting
• PC literacy (windows environment). Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

English must be fluent
