Create ad copy, select visuals, and manage targeting for each campaign based

Conduct daily performance monitoring and adjust campaigns to improve CPL

Test creatives and messaging using A/B experiments and refine based on data
- Ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads to sales and call center teams
- Track lead quality, volume, and CPL across campaigns and regions

Align campaign tactics with sales feedback to improve lead relevance and funnel
3- Coordination & Execution Support

Collaborate with branch managers to support regional marketing plans and

Generate reports on campaign KPIs: CPL, CPA, CTR, impressions, conversions,

Use tracking tools (pixels, CRM tagging) to monitor campaign performance

Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations
- Research audience behaviors and trends to identify performance opportunities

Test and implement new channels, tools, and formats to expand reach and

Contribute to the broader marketing plan with performance-focused strategies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

Certifications in PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar are preferred
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or media buying roles

Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and performance analysis
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRM Platforms (Bitrix24, Odoo)
- UTM tracking tools, Excel, or Data Studio for reporting

Creative platforms (Canva or coordination with the design team)
- Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Total leads generated by campaign and region
- Conversion rate from lead to sales-qualified lead
- Ad campaign CTR and engagement rate
- Campaign ROI and performance trend (MoM, QoQ)
- Budget utilization and cost efficiency per channel
