- Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
- Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
- Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
- Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
- Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of related experience in HR. Real-estate Experience is a plus.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
