About this opportunity
The Planning and Engineering Specialist will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our customers network tapping and probing architecture. This role focuses on strategic planning and optimizing the network T and P solution, configuration and assets, the candidate will participate in customer discussions related to the solution and support the Pre-Sales activities.
What will you do
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirement, design solutions toward high performance core networks.
- Handle design and planning activities on the customer Tapping and probing solution.
- Build and manage customer solution based on the technical requirements.
- Planning and design Interface towards support and delivery teams.
- Responsible for design activities on customer`s tapping and probing solution.
- Provide analysis and troubleshooting of network issues and perform problem investigation to improve network quality.
- Co-ordinate planning and optimization tasks between stakeholders internally and externally.
- Assist in pre-sales process activities and technical discussions related to tapping and probing solution.
- Provide design documents HLD,LLD,etc for any network changes or network optimization activities.
- Suggest resolution of technical problems within core Tapping and Probing solutions.
- Analyze and discuss with customer improvement areas and challenges related to customer solution.
The skill you bring
- Expertise in Networking, delivery, support, and planning with over a six of experience in the telecommunications industry
- A degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent experience
