Job Overview
Colas Rail is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support the successful delivery of the Abo Qir Metro Project. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, proven planning capabilities, and hands-on experience in construction or railway projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage work schedules, timelines, and progress reports for the Abo Qir Metro Project.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and track milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
Liaise with subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure updates and accurate data.

Maintain updated records of project plans, resource allocation, and risks.
Support the Project Controls team in recovery plans and optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Skills and Competencies
