What we are looking for
A sharp, detail-oriented, and results-driven Product Manager with:
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong background in fintech or financial services.
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Product Manager at EFG Holding, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital financial products, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business, compliance) to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Gather and prioritize customer and business requirements to shape product strategy.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor performance and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve products.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and security standards.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning.
- Communicate progress, roadmaps, and priorities to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
