- ead, mentor, and develop project controllers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. P
- rovide periodic project status updates (cost, schedule, risks, and variances) to the Program Control Leader. C
- ollaborate closely with finance teams to maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. P
- repare and deliver high-quality reports using Microsoft Excel/ Power Bi. P
- roactively identify risks and provide mitigation strategies to address cost and schedule variances. I
- mplement and drive best practices in project controls across diverse projects. E
- nsure all activities comply with internal policies, standards, and client requirements. M
- aintain records for audit purposes to align with organizational policies. D
- evelop and implement Project Controls employee development plans and skills development.
- achelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or Finance. P
- roject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred). 7
- to 10 years of experience in project control, with a focus on cost and schedule management. E
- xperience managing teams across different regions. S
- killed in project control tools such as Primavera (P6) and SAP. S
- trong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. G
- ood understanding of finance and accounting principles as they relate to project management. A
- ttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. S
- trong management and interpersonal skills. E
- xcellent communication skills in both speaking and writing English. A
