We’re looking for a Prospect Activation Specialist who can turn cold leads into red-hot opportunities. You're not just pushing buttons—you’re starting real conversations, building trust, and warming up the funnel for the sales team. If you’re part researcher, part storyteller, and part growth hacker, we want you on our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and qualify prospects through outbound research, tools, and campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and phone, etc.)
- Design personalized outreach sequences to capture attention and start meaningful conversations
- Engage, nurture, and activate leads by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions
- Collaborate with Sales & AEs to hand off warmed-up leads and ensure a seamless transition
- Track and analyze activation metrics, from open rates to booked meetings, and iterate for better results.
- Stay informed on regional market dynamics, competitor movements, and prospect behavior across the MENA region
Requirements
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Are fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
- Have 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting roles
- Know your way around CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools
- Have strong business acumen and curiosity to learn about different industries
- Demonstrated success in activating dormant leads or warming up outbound prospects
