Job Description:
- Prepare accurate periodic reports of orders, purchases, and supplier performance.
- Regularly update the supplier database and contribute to supplier evaluations to ensure quality and continuity.
- Submit purchase requests on systems or via official email.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure required materials and supplies are available on time without delay.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the event management industry.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
