You will be responsible for creating accurate project quotations, assisting with price list creation, and providing administrative support to the commercial team. Our Team
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quotation & Pricing Specialist to join our commercial team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Economics, Finance, or Business who have a passion for numbers, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations for projects based on input from the pricing, sales, and demand creation teams.
- Maintain and update price lists, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth quotation processes.
- Support commercial operations with administrative tasks related to pricing and sales activities.
- Ensure all quotations align with company vision, priorities, and commercial objectives.
- Monitor quotation deadlines, proactively following up to ensure timely delivery.
- Adapt to varying shifts and regional support needs, including:
Late shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday-Thursday workweek (as needed)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Second language such as Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with data entry and management.
