Join the award-winning Four Seasons Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, a luxury hospitality destination known for exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. As a Retail Agent, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the hotel’s retail operations through exceptional guest service, inventory control, and maintaining the visual appeal of the retail space.
What you will do
Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs.
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail space at all times.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, replenishing, and conducting regular inventory counts.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Promote retail products by offering insights into new arrivals, seasonal items, and promotions.
Work closely with hotel departments to coordinate merchandise displays and hotel branding initiatives.
Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and displayed according to company standards.
Maintain detailed records of sales, returns, and special orders.
Support the Spa Managers in achieving sales targets and goals.
Follow all safety and security procedures and hotel policies.
What you bring
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required;
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a luxury setting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficiency with retail software and point-of-sale systems.

• Availability required for rotating shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
