Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated sales agents to join our team at Teleperformance. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and offering an innovative product designed specifically for adult smokers, aiming to provide them with a better alternative.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Explaining the benefits and features of the product clearly and effectively
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service throughout the sales process
- Achieving set sales targets and contributing to team goals
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working a 12 PM to 9 PM shift
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
