Role Purpose
Join our Corporate English Solutions team and help shape the future of English and Professional Skills training for business clients. As a Sales & Account Manager, you’ll lead growth in a defined territory, prospecting new clients, designing tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful proposals, drive commercial success, and ensure an outstanding client experience backed by data-driven insights.
Main Accountabilities:
As a Sales & Account Manager, you’ll shape commercial strategy within your markets, identifying key industries, geographies, and opportunities. You’ll work closely with leadership to inform planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring our Corporate Solutions are positioned for growth.
You’ll drive business development by building awareness, profiling prospects, and supporting marketing campaigns. From responding to qualified leads to crafting tailored proposals and pricing, you’ll play a hands-on role in achieving sales targets and delivering value to clients.
Beyond sales, you’ll manage client relationships to retain and grow business, capture insights through CRM systems, and report on performance. You’ll also coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, while continuously improving processes through data and feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
Essentials:
- 3+ years of customer management experience Familiarity with Salesforce or use of similar CRM Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken – to connect confidently and clearly.
- University degree
Desirables:
- Sales or Marketing qualifications
- Sales related experience in large sectors (e.g financial services, media, pharmaceuticals tourism etc)
