We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager!
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role is all about managing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving account growth. You will lead multi-channel projects, coordinate internal teams, and be the primary liaison between our clients and the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with objectives.
- Lead campaigns and projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Develop strategic plans and proposals tailored to client needs and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Oversee creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to deliver outstanding work.
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and teamwork.
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management (advertising, marketing, or agency background preferred).
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and digital platforms.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership experience is a strong plus
