Description:
- Drive B2B sales growth in the lighting engineering segment (commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure).
- Oversee bid preparation, project quotations, and tender participation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness
- Act as the technical and commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing complex lighting projects end-to-end.
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, architects, lighting designers, and facility owners.
- Ensure all solutions comply with client needs, applicable lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED), and energy efficiency benchmarks.
- Collaborate with product, procurement, logistics, and design departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Ensure technical alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related major from a reputable university.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in lighting, electrical, or engineering B2B sales sectors.
- Proven expertise in project-based sales, lighting systems, energy efficiency solutions, control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX), and lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
