To drive Project sales and related solutions to construction projects by combining technical expertise in electrical engineering with strong sales and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage Project sales opportunities of company products in construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting product benefits and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand technical requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with customer and project needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on market and customer insights.
- Ensure after-sales support and resolve any client issues related to product quality or delivery.
- Track sales targets, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts, particularly in wiring systems, cable specifications, and installation standards.
- Knowledge of construction project cycles, tendering processes, and procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Relationship-building and client management.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to translate technical features into commercial benefits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales of electrical wires, cables, or similar products, preferably in construction project sales.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites and client offices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to E£30,000.00 per month
