- As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agency’s design initiatives by translating marketing strategies into powerful visual narratives. This position demands a high level of creativity and strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions, while also being responsible for mentoring junior and mid-level designers. Your expertise will help shape project outcomes and enhance the overall capabilities of our design team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for major projects, establishing and executing innovative design concepts that align with client objectives.
- Mentor and oversee the work of mid-level and junior designers, fostering a collaborative, inspiring, and productive design environment.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and needs, presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
- Ensure the highest quality of design output, setting standards for and reviewing the work of the design team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing messages across all platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating them into strategies and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on digital media.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital and print design work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with an advanced understanding of motion graphics softwares and techniques.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a design team.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
