Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in New Cairo. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Daily tasks will include handling employee relations issues, managing recruitment processes, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining HR records.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
