- Deliver and support training activities, including onboarding, compliance, and brand-specific learning.
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses with teams and plan learning based on business priorities.
- Organize and track learning using our systems and tools (e.g., LMS).
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
- Monitor progress of new hires and maintain training records.
- Support certification, graduation, and knowledge checks for key programs.
- Create learning events, campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with local and regional facilitators, trainers, and buddies.
- Follow up on learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
- Assist with career development conversations and talent programs.
- Support individual development plans (IDPs) with relevant learning plans.
- Help promote a positive learning and growth mindset across teams.
- Maintain training records and oversee LMS tasks (accounts, attendance, scheduling).
- Report on learning completion and performance data for store and market reviews.
- Contribute to regional L&D initiatives and efficiency projects.
- Some experience in Learning & Development or Training (retail experience is a plus)
- Comfortable facilitating sessions and working with digital tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
- A people-first mindset and passion for learning and development
