The Senior Operational Excellence Manager leads the strategic direction of Breadfast’s Operational Excellence initiatives.
This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, enhancing process efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence
across all operational facets. By aligning operational strategies with business objectives, the Senior Manager ensures that
the organization achieves its performance goals while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement comprehensive Operational Excellence strategies aligned with Breadfast's long-term
goals.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate continuous improvement initiatives across the operations
department.
Process Improvement:
o Oversee the deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
o Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead cross-functional projects to implement improvements.
Performance Management:
o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational strategies.
o Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Team Development:
o Mentor and develop the Operational Excellence team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous
learning.
o Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute improvement
initiatives effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
o Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote Operational Excellence initiatives.
o Communicate progress and outcomes of improvement projects to relevant parties.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree
preferred.o Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles.o Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement initiatives.o Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.o Strong leadership and team management skills.o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.o Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
