Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Solar Engineer will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing technical expertise during the sales process for solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
- Conduct site assessments and present solar solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure project viability.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 5+ years of sales experience in solar energy or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and financing models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
