Job Description:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment across our global business units. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. You will also leverage your Workday ATS expertise to manage requisitions, optimize workflows, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for junior to senior-level roles across key functions
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, interview best practices, and guidance on hiring strategy
- Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, pipelines, and reporting; ensure system integrity and data accuracy
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, with a focus on diversity and passive candidate engagement
- Lead intake and strategy meetings, calibrate on profiles, and drive efficient yet high-quality hiring processes
- Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Collaborate with global TA peers on process improvements, DEI initiatives, and employer branding projects
- Track and report on key hiring metrics; contribute to TA dashboards and workforce planning conversations
- Ensure hiring practices are aligned with local laws and global compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a global technology or high-growth environment
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technical and/or commercial roles
- Strong proficiency in Workday Recruiting (including requisition management, interview scheduling, reporting, and pipeline management)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to drive decisions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and storytelling skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree
