Role Overview:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions .
The role requires a strong ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with the company’s goals.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will also be involved in supporting broader HR functions, including training and development, performance management, and other HR support activities.
This dual focus ensures alignment between hiring strategies and overall organizational development.
