Job Description
- Install H/W equipment and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance in a specialized areas such as Passive networking, and hardware installation / maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end technical projects from H/W installation side.
- Mentor, coach, and train junior technicians to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with
industry trends and emerging technologiesto continuously improve practices and tools.
