- Lead the preparation of tender proposals for high voltage substations and Grid Technology solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams during customer negotiations to establish effective tender strategies.
- Set up tender structures and align with business areas on tax concepts and business models.
- Prepare comprehensive technical tender documents and establish budgets and milestones for timely submissions.
- Coordinate across multiple functions to facilitate sales and ensure quality bids that minimize non-conformance.
- Conduct cost/risk assessments to support effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in high voltage substation engineering or bid management.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage equipment and sales cycles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.
- Experience in complex tender compilation and preparation with a strong business acumen.
- Methodical approach with high attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a sales team environment and contribute to successful outcomes.
