We are seeking a results-driven *SEO & Google Ads Specialist* to lead our search engine marketing efforts. This role is responsible for optimizing website visibility, managing paid search campaigns, and driving qualified traffic to support lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Duties
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engine visibility
- Monitor and improve organic rankings using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly material
- Perform technical audits and resolve crawl/indexing issues
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly SEO reports
Google Ads Duties
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video)
- Write compelling ad copy and design landing pages for conversion
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize bidding strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting for ROI improvement
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Google Ads Certification preferred
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising
