Overview
We're hiring for an SEO Manager to be based in Egypt for our client - one of MENA's leading retail brands. This role will lead SEO and ASO efforts across multiple eCommerce brands, reporting into the Head of eCommerce Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the SEO & ASO strategy across websites and apps
- Manage technical audits, content optimization, and keyword strategies
- Lead SEO campaigns, roadmap planning, and new platform launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, brand)
- Analyse performance data to improve rankings, traffic, and ROI
- Support growth through non-brand keyword targeting and content strategy
- Manage agency relationships and mentor the SEO team
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ SEO experience in eCommerce
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, ASO, and content strategy
- Skilled with SEO tools (e.g. GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs)
- Comfortable with CMS platforms, HTML, analytics tools (GA, Firebase, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience and a customer-first mindset
- Bonus: Experience in retail, fashion, or beauty sectors, and familiarity with MENA markets
