SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
- Optimize website content, structure, and performance to drive organic growth
- Conduct keyword research and stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes
- Work hands-on with our WordPress website—publishing, editing, and improving site pages
- Collaborate with the content and design team to enhance user experience
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, moz, and SEMrush
- Support broader marketing campaigns with SEO-focused input
- Build and manage partnerships with external platforms to secure backlinks, citations, and guest content, driving Marketeers’ digital authority
- Content Creation (B2B):
- Write and edit articles, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership pieces rooted in Marketeers’ expertise (e.g. Smart Value™, RGM, Shopper Insights).
- Turn internal knowledge and frameworks into engaging, SEO-optimized content for key decision-makers.
- Manage content calendars, tone of voice, and messaging consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO within a corporate or agency.
- Proficiency in Keyword Research, Experience in conducting SEO Audits. Link Building skills.
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO.
