Responsibilities
- Reviewing supplier documents with purchasing team accordance to customs clearance instructions.
- Implementing data analysis and reports for import shipments with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Tracking shipments across different channels.
- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential, responsibility in achieving company`s objectives.
- Settling all service provider invoices with continuous verification with finance team.
- Negotiating shipping rates and schedules with freight forwarders.
- Communicating directly on a daily basis with freight forwarders, Brokers in order to ensure efficiency and a time for delivery.
- Working cross-functionally with CS, planning, warehouse, and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.
- Issuing full set of documents of the shipments.
- Proficient knowledge, understanding and leadership for International Trade Compliance, identifying report and resolve any trade compliance issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- not less than 2 years of experience within Logistics & Procurement

- Limited time contract (One year)
- SAP experience is a plus
