Key Responsibilities
- Assist in screening CVs for customer service and entry-level roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule interviews and support candidate coordination.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
